Commercial – Telecommunications Lawyer, particular
expertise is in the areas of Telecommunications, Contract

skills, She enjoys engaging with and advising global

Mrs Emuekpere is a qualified solicitor who practices both

Mr. Agunbiade is an expert in Probate and
Administration of Estates, Land and Commercial disputes,
Estate and Property Management as well as Tenancy and
Industrial matters.
Mr. Ebhojie is a seasoned legal professional with
expertise in Corporate and Commercial law. He holds an LLM
in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the
United Kingdom.
He has acted as company secretary/ legal adviser to
several organisations and brings with him a wealth of
experience spanning nearly two decades of very active
participation in high profile transactions.

Asset Management Company of Nigeria, African Development
